• Answer: Yes, all Almond properties have internet services however the charges vary by resort.
• Almond Beach Club - Has free wireless connection in Sunset Lounge. An internet station is also available. The usage fee for internet station is $15.00 USD per day.
• Almond Beach Village - Has free wireless connection in the lobby.  The business center charges $7.50 USD per half hour for computer usage.        
• Almond Casuarina Beach - Has wired internet available in the guest bedrooms only.  Wireless internet available in the lobby but connection must be established in the room first. The usage fee is $20.00 USD per day. 

Legal tender in Barbados is the Barbados Dollar, with a current exchange rate of about $2 BD to US $1. Credit cards, travelers cheques and US currency are accepted virtually everywhere on the island.

The tropical climate and relaxed atmosphere of Barbados lend themselves nicely to casual attire. Shoes must be worn, bathing suits must be covered and men are required to wear shirts with sleeves in all restaurants. After 6 pm, nice casual attire is suggested (no shorts or shorts ensembles).

Electric current is the same as in the US, so no special adapters are needed. The electricity in Barbados is 110 voltage.

Entry requirement to Barbados varies by citizenship. Please check with your appropriate State Department prior to travel to ensure you have proper documentation. US citizens are required to present a valid passport and return airline ticket prior to departure and entry. Upon leaving, a per person departure tax is payable at the airport.

Barbados is in the Atlantic Time Zone, but do not observe Daylight Savings Time. Throughout the winter months, we are one hour later than US Eastern Standard Time, while in the summer we are on the same time as Eastern Daylight Time.
